How long until my order ships?

Orders typically ship within 2-3 days and you should expect to recieve your order within 5-8 days.

Do you have instructions available for the Relief product that are easier to read?

Yes, on the Cryo2O Relief product page you'll see usage instructions under the product description where you can download the instructions in an easier-to-read format.

What is your return policy?

All of our products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, send us an email at customerservice@cryo2o.com and we'll provide you with a RA number and instructions for your return.

Can I use the product longer than the instructions say for each treatment?

Every person's cold tolerance is different and some people can handle longer sessions; however, we do not advise you to exceed the recommended treatment time. Cryo2O delivers precision-targeted rapid-cooling at temperatures other ice packs are unable to achieve. Start slowly to see how your body tolerates each treatment and gradually increase until you reach the recommended times. Discontinue use until any redness subsides.
